I'm back home in Tennessee for the holidays (after 3 months in Asia) and my sweet neighbor who spends much of her time helping others asked if I would make a pink beanie for her friend who is struggling right now. So of course I did, but I also made one for her because usually the people who spend all their time helping others don't spend much time thinking of what they need and I remember she didn't have a hat when it was snowing last winter and I also remember her saying how much she loves the color red. I'm hoping to give it to her today but I am betting she will be serving meals at her church all day. Yes, the red one is smaller than the pink one. She is petite.
