@Tyranistar_7

I only use Twitter because I follow people who draw art, and that’s all

Damn right. All of it. My mom has her own gym so I train for free, I drink at least 1.5 l of water every day, I eat lot of meat, I never had twitter (also instagram, watsapp, snapchatt, only facebook). Tge only problem is with sleep, because I have avarage 6 hours every day. Also I rwad good comics, have lovely family and friends and there is good weather outside.

@help4free389

Things that really helped me to lower my stress level are: Eat healthy and i mean not 100% You can sometimes eat pizza, snacks and drink cola but just not to much. Going to the gym or another sport. Reading books. Less time on social media. I know the lack of motivation is real but you just gotta do it! Believe me !

@georgtopg

I can only recommend everybody to eat healthy, workout, have a sleeping schedule and ditch social media, but substitude it with some other activity, otherwise you'll be consuming media again very soon. If anybody knows some activity to substitude social media with, let me know!

This is so true, specially Twitter. When I quit social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) my life improved a lot.
