I recommend something Add all the keyframes and transitions to the video you're gonna post. Don't add texts yet and export that video Tap on new project and upload the edited video, then add the texts. So during editing the video won't lag because of all the texts. I mean it works completely fine for me as someone with 6 GB of storage left (don't ask how, just know this.) and if it still doesn't work, i recommend changing editing softwares because it's Capcut's fault that it became laggy

if my capcut doesn't cooperate I'm actually going to quit. my effects don't work, my key frames don't work, my video lags, and I've done everything to try and fix it.
I'm going to quit if this doesn't solve itself.
