I've been thinking about this a lot lately. Scales, fractals, how the Planck length makes values go crazy. I've been kind of wondering if reality itself is fractal, and that's why. Like...you get down to "our" fundamental length, and it just keeps going. Every discrete point in space may be the "start" of another universe at a smaller scale, and so on. Likewise, our universe might just be a "smaller" scale of a larger fractal. Scale in both directions for eternity. To me this even has a lot of implications for the nature of consciousness; some of which border on the woo. We know very little about our small slice of reality.

If the sun was scaled down to the size of a white blood cell the milky way would be the size of the continental United States. Or so ive been told. Idk if thats true 😅

Interesting perspective, have you seen the twilight zone series? An episode shares an idea similar to this.

Bacteria are smaller than skin cells. Since bacterial colonies can be seen with a light microscope, I think skin cells would likely be visible your comparison is off by a bit.

Owen Morgan (Telltale)
If a proton was the size of an apple, a virus particle would be about the size of the earth.
A skin cell would be the size of two suns
Within the size comparison, we can’t see anything smaller than six suns
If we scaled it back down, the solar system would be about the size of a grapefruit
The largest hypergiant star would be the size of a golf ball
