I just got diagnosed at 30 almost 3 years ago. It can be a bit of a shocker as an adult but is a huge missing piece that can really help you to be aware of how your brain works and how to work with it

I’ve always suspected I had it and now I’m embracing it. I’m 67. At my age there’s a lot of self-forgiveness needed. There is also a new appreciation for neurodiversity.

I do too! I feel like Autoimmune and ADHD must have a high comorbidity rate! The stress of having to organize creates health issues? Good luck on your journey. I just found out too and I’m 25… never too late!

Michele Spring (Thriving Autoimmune)
Hey friends! I've been taking a bit of a break because I recently learned I have ADHD (I'm 46!?! 😳 ) and am just trying to sort out how to use this new information about my brain effectively!! I'll be back soon, I promise 😉
But one change from this is that I'm reorganizing and simplifying some aspects of my life - and one of those is to take out the monthly masterclasses and office hours from my Autoimmune Collective VIP Pass. This will allow me the space and time to finally put in the highly detailed "road to flare-free autoimmune bliss" that I've been dreaming of putting in for months!
As a result, I've lowered the price from $79 a month to only $39 a month!!
This gets you access to:
👉Prep & Reset (all of my recipes + meal prep + ebooks),
👉Exercise for Autoimmune Disease (Qi Gong, Yoga, and micro workouts),
👉The Lifestyle Lab (meditations, EFT tapping, hypnosis audios, journals, and more for stress relief and rewiring your brain for good habits)
👉Past masterclasses - including Healing Holidays, AIP Reintroductions, Doing Paleo/AIP When You're Family Isn't, Your Personal Roadblocks to Healing, and more!
👉 The Autoimmune Health Blueprint - 12 deep dives into topics necessary for flare-free living
👉 Mastering the Autoimmune Protocol course - everything you need to know to be successful with the AIP Diet
👉 and our warm, non-judgemental community! (no Paleo or AIP police here, and we encourage supportive habits and education - not fear mongering)
Just thought I'd mention it in case you were interested and the price was too much before - I want you to be able to participate and get the benefits from all of the tools and resources I've created over the last 9 years!
