I feel so bad for shadow milk cookie because milk cookies are weak in (probably only legs but I don't know for sure) but he walks in front of the other beasts to not show he is weak, and that's why his legs are kinda unstable when he took his "first steps" in the fandom, but shadow milk cookie sometimes stands on his legs when he is juggling 2 balls and his head. But uh... Hope this clears some things up on why he doesn't walk much! :D
