When It’s too cold πŸ₯Ά to play outside, stay in and stock up on some goodies! Today I made garlic dill pickles.

πŸ˜πŸ˜‹ Garlic Dill Pickles πŸ§„πŸ₯’

Garlic dill pickles

Ingredients:
Cucumbers
Garlic cloves
Dill
Sea salt or Kosher salt
White Vinegar 5% strength

Instructions
Slice or spear cucumbers
Add dill to jar
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sea salt
Add cucumbers
Pour in 1/2 cup of vinegar
Fill rest of jar with water
Add lid
Gently shake
Store jars on counter for 1 day.
Keep jars in refrigerator for a minimum of 3 days and up to 1 week before opening.
