The case is headed to the US Supreme Court, like all the other cases that did. The Federal Circuit says the tariffs are illegal, but yet allow them until October 10th?? I've already looked into this crap. The Circuit will get struck down on this, not surprisingly. I think they need to go back to school and study Executive law all over again. Dumb asses!!
