When I found out I was one of the 14 people selected by @columbiasportswear_ into hike to Everest Base Camp, I felt an overwhelming mix of pride and excitement. At the same time, I was nervous—17,598 ft is no joke, and I doubted whether I was fit enough to complete the trek. Thankfully, my @coach.ud helped me build the endurance. But this trek was more than just a test of endurance; it was an experience that will stay with me forever.
Here’s a glimpse of the adventure:
Pic 1: A moment captured with one of the iconic suspension bridges in the backdrop. Pic 2: At Namche Bazaar (Altitude: 11,286 ft)—the gateway to Everest. Pic 3: The tallest mountain in the world makes its appearance in the background. Pic 4: Sunshine in my pocket, sunscreen on my face—a trekker's essentials. Pic 5: Tell me you're a derma without telling me you're a derma: UPF cap ✅, sunscreen ✅, polarized sunglasses ✅, SPF lip balm ✅.
