Hello, I have been back home since last Thursday.
I spent 53 days at the Jules Bordet Institute in a sterile room (9m2) with no possibility of leaving and finished smoking after 45 years of smoking 😢
I'll try to keep it short.
After countless tests we discovered type 2 Leukemia on May 11th 😮😮
I asked if they could treat me with medication........yes but with a life expectancy of 12 months to 36 months!!! that the only solution was a bone marrow transplant if of course we found a donor (anonymous).........which I accepted having no choice. I was prepared for Hornu with 35 sessions of short chemo and a whole battery of exams.
I entered on November 20, with the transplant taking place on December 5.
And then the Big CHEMIO came into play and what a game 😡!!!! .
The night of December 2 to 3 I was in respiratory failure, I called for backup, they took me to intensive care with the doctor who ran with my bed through the corridors and there I was put in the coma for 18 hours and intubated. Woke up 21 hours later, the doctors said I was a miracle 😮
The day before going out I catch Pneumonia 😡!!!! .
The day before the trip I caught a big infection due to an allergy 😡!!!!

wow! what an adventure! when I was 15 I also had leukemia and I also had bone marrow transplants, it's been 17 years since then and I'm fine, I hope you can say the same, and you can keep uploading good music , because it is lucky to have you on this platform! ❤️❤️❤️

I hope you get back to full health as soon as possible. I entered hospital on 28/11/2022 being discharged on 12/01/2023. I was readmitted on 16/01/2023 with a final discharge on 08/03/2023. The second time I had sepsis which caused kidney failure. I have several other health problems but at least I am still alive.
