Olá pessoal sou aqui do Brasil, esse mês já é o terceiro mês que treino com os treinos da Mizi, faço os exercícios de acordo com o calendário mensal. Vi grandes mudanças, como ter mais disposição, aprendi a ter o hábito de me exercitar e assim criar um estilo de vida mais saudável. Então você que está tentando começar, comece porque vale a pena, exercício é vida. Agradeço muito por ter conhecido o canal da Mizi e poder ter esse treinos gratuitos. Aproveitem e comece já.

I’ve been following your videos since last October and I’ve been doing your workouts pretty much everyday. They’re easy to follow and get me motivated to workout. I’ve lost 10 pounds since I started following you and have maintained the same weight for half a year now. I’m so happy and so thankful I found you! Thank you, Mizi ❤️

لقد بدات من شهر آب كان وزني 56.9 kg واليوم 55.9 kg مع تخبيص في اكل لكن من تمارين جسمي اصبح مشدودا اكثر ولكن اذا تبعتم نظام عذائي صحي سوف تخسرون كيلوغرامات اكثر انا ابتداء من هذا شهر سوف اتبع نظام حمية مع تمارين انصح الكل مشاركة في تحدي

Just wanted to say your calendar is smart in your website ,l just accidentally hit on it and it opened each day workout , you made our life easier with one click no more scrolling to look for videos or down loading unnecessary files . Excellent 👏

Hey! Finished the last workout of this month. Feeling great! I could see some changes in my body. Overall on few days i thought I couldn't do it but I did it most of the times. Thank you for these monthly challenges. Waiting for November Challenge 💪

Yay! A new month a new challenge! I've completed 3 already. My breathing is better (i suffer from asthma). I've lost 16 lbs. I feel better in general and I lost my fear of exercise 😃
