I'm eating that sandwich as I write this comment lol. The hummus is great! I had a tough time replicating the smoked tofu because we couldn't find any in the store so I attempted to make my own. I'm learning!

I’m on a Christian 40 day fast for Spiritual reasons. No food for 40 days. Maybe I should fast YouTube. This looks wonderful! Can hardly wait until May 3.
