When I did the twist for the 3 body sections and was coming back to center, body was pulled as if a strong, wide rubber band was rushing the turn. It was so intense and directive that balance was off. As a massage therapist I work with, explain fascia every day. To experience its power and influence when massively tight, as opposed to addressing restriction in single muscle groups, was astonishing and enlightening . Thank you so much for this experience…the whole Qigong practice, actually, but today was a learning experience I will take with me and come back to.

I do agree that ALL are worthwhile and necessary :) I’ve been wanting more of the evening slow down options though this summer since there’s an abundance of energy 🌝

Gee! I love all them but truth is joints and mobility are the most needed at this time. Theres so much stagnant energies sorrounding about uncertainty that affect the whole system. Maybe somes for vague nerves system too? Would be great. Thank you! 🥰❤
