I have used crunchy, sweet and fresh Australian Almonds which are freshest in this season and you will enjoy its crunch till the last bite. . 🥣 Ingredients List . * 2 medium Sitaphal (Custard Apples) * 10-15 Australian Almonds, blanched and sliced * 1 litre Full Cream Milk * cup Condensed Milk (or sugar to taste) * Rose petals and extra almonds for garnish .
Recipe . - Take 2 medium size Sitafal, remove the seeds and take out the pulp as shown in video. - Keep the pulp in the fridge. - Take 10-15 blanched almonds, remove the skin and cut it in a slice. - Now in a kadhai, take 1 litter full cream milk, bring it to boil. - Lower the heat to medium and add 1/4 cup condensed milk. (You may add sugar also). - Keep stirring and reduce the milk to half. - Then add blanched almond, turn off the heat and let the basundi cool down completely. - Then add chilled sitafal pulp into the basundi, mix it well and keep it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. - Garnish Sitafal Almond Basundi with some rose petals and almonds. .
