You should put videos from your library as shorts! I love your library. In this YT world of constant stream of new content we don’t practice or forget what’s already there.

Not a short, but a larger video concept. As a practicing physical therapist, I’m curious to hear your direction of the profession in the near and distant future. How will that matter to patients and recreational fitness hobbyists? What is your perspective on the profession as a collision of the ā€œHealth and Wellnessā€ space and Evidence-Based clinical practice? Love the content and the breakdown of exercise prescription/progressions. Keep it up!

Say for the shoulder tendinitis/ impingement/ whatever video, if you overdo an exercise (you do maybe 3 sets instead of typically 2) and that causes you to have worse symptoms the next day, what do you do? What I do is I lower the sets back to two and relax on that day if my shoulder is a little achey. I’m curious if there is a better way to look and handle these days?

Does direct neck strengthening, for example using an Iron Neck device or doing weighted neck curls, help with the rehabilitation and prevention of cervical radiculopathy? If so, could you provide some recommended exercises? Thank you

Winged scapula + hyperkyphosis : is it true that push ups are not recommended in this case and why? Is doing pushups likely to worsen the condition and why? Thanks šŸ˜‰šŸ’Ŗ

@tolikha

I had muscle tightness in my back, and once that went away, I still had a rib near my spine in the middle that felt stuck. Then, using a blackroll with too much force and a rounded back, I tried to roll it out and ended up popping the rib out of place at the vertebra. I was experiencing severe muscle tension around my ribs and difficulty breathing. A few weeks later, it was put back in, but now it keeps slipping at the rib–spine joint—or at least that’s how it feels—and the area stays tight. How can I fix this so I don’t have trouble breathing and can train again? I used to work out regularly at the gym, but lately I’ve been sitting a lot.

Currently experiencing assumed hamstring tendinopaphy after some sprint speed sessions and appreciated watching your video on the subject from 4 yrs ago (thank you). Was wondering if you have any further advice or updates on the subject or if the suggested rehab guidelines still stand ? Great channel, have often referred for self help, with minor concerns.
