I always feel helpless everytime i check my payslip, the big chunk of deductions and yet, when it's tax season, I still owe the government...and I'm just one of the millions of Canadians

All Canadians should refuse to file tax until Trudeau resigns. No more money for him to waste.

Not great that financial institutions have until April to distribute some of their slips. How is that not automated for them and they should be able to spit them out pretty early on into the new year

@BTfunTV

So that means 51% of us won't get the climate incentive on the 15th🤣🤣

"It warms my heart to think of the family pulling up in a U-Haul truck to move into their new apartment in the former headquarters of the CBC" - our next prime minister 👌

Filed on Friday. First time I've been so early. Sometimes I have 2 to 3 yrs of back taxes, so this year I had a friend motivate me, and we got together and did our taxes together.

In 2013, Canada ranked 13th out of 170 countries in meeting the basic needs of citizens, according to data tracked by Social Progress Imperative. By 2023, it had fallen to 39th..

Yes, because unlike the corrupt PM that I have to pay those astronomical taxes to, and whom I know will continue to squander my hard earned dollars, I abide by the law. I look forward to the day when PM Poillievre prevents my money from being wasted at the CBC.

I have not filed my tax, and after hearing about justin trudeau spending nearly $200,000 on airplane food. I don't want to pay them either. I work hard to earn a living, and I haven't spent $200,000 on food in the last 10 years. I'm sickened by our federal government and their spending. I think it is time for a tax revolt

I am sure the CBC knows who has paid Caesar and who hasn’t.

@superunknown2812

I don't think anyone should ever have to owe money on there taxes since we pay no matter what...and no one should ever have a deadline like April 30th to pay it

@marlohamon-lg2pt

Not filing or paying as I don’t like the direction Canada is heading. No more money for Trudeau to waste !

Hold your tax payments until there is "adequate " government representation

Keep voting |ibera| and taxes will keep going up. Like the tax on food, the tax to heat your home, tax on tax, ect. Oh and can’t forget the rain tax the |ibera| Toronto mayor wants.
