Brian and Stewie: Stewie being a genius baby would bring him up, but Brian’s intelligence is average-ish, so as a duo, they’re not very smart 4. Cosmo and Wanda: Wanda’s intelligence is average while Cosmo’s an idiot, so neither is particularly smart
