Thank you momma for this... But I have a issue... Anytime I eat one boiled egg, it makes me feel really boated,so I keep avoiding boiled eggs.. What can I do to stop that,I mean,,I heard fried isn't always healthy

If you're suffering from hypothyroidism, eggs might not be good for you. They will break your out like crazy. Work with your doctor to see what your body rejects. It took me long to discover I'm allergic to eggs and so many people out there too Please just don't copy all what these influencers are saying. Some of them don't have the qualifications
