For creating ur own plushie u need to draw a yune phushie. Make sure to draw the front, back and sideways so that the plushie wouldn't look weird. I just heard about this in YouTube from a gacha tuber and I'm not pretty sure but I hope this helps.

It depends on where you live/what you use. There are many websites/ apps that can help you, like Makeshift or wix. But it Aldo requires a ton of Money. Especially for marketing, devilery and actually making the plushies. Also, if you don't live in the United States, you have to pay i think atleast a 7-20% tarrif fee (I could be wrong with numbers.). I'd do more research and fine a good company to partner with. But they do take a cut or the money earned, and some are either greedy or low quality. Hope this helps! ❤
