Thank you Lesley, your videos and posts helped me a lot. I was once suffering from severe depression, I had to take medication or I would pose risks to me and people who were around me. After following your videos and posts for quite awhile, l fell in love with Biology and Ornithology. Nature does have a surprising ability for curing broken hearts. Now all is under control. I respect life and appreciate the beauty of birds, though I don’t have the time to be with them everyday. I’m not the best at words but I did try the hardest to show my appreciation for changing my life.

Yes, every moment we have the chance & choice to behold beauty, birdsong, light glinting on water (even a mud puddle), softness of fur or skin, cycles of the moon or sun. This brings wholeness & appreciation to life experience. Thanks, Lesley! ❤

Quite frankly, I find most poetry to be supercilious and disingenuous. Just pretty sound words that means nothing. But I like your kind of poetry. It makes the ordinary sound extraordinary. And makes me feel less weird for admiring things like the beautiful colors of the changing leaves. ❤ If you were to compile your poetry into a book, I’d DEFINITELY read it.
