I set Claude 3.7 and o3 mini high a full spec. And got them to mark each others work. O3 was a whiny nitpicking sob. Claude gave a great big list of omissions. I then gave each other’s feedback and the result ran first time. So maybe these guys just need to work together. O3 as the code reviewer though, not the dev.
