I have a request! I used to live in Colorado Springs. My fav restaurant was SeƱor Manuelās where they served a Mondongo Burrito. I need to make it. I donāt know what it is or where it came from and have been confused by the research Iāve done. Help. We donāt have such a thing in San Diego as far as I can tell.
