having stilts on the bottom is a pretty good idea it has potential for more ventilation air flow options and better cooling I'm surprised the linus tech nerds haven't thought of this yet

Not sure if the side panel is off just for the pic, but if you have the habit of keeping it off, then there is no point to having intake or exhaust fans on the case, especially when you have a down-draft CPU cooler. Anyone who keeps their side panel off should is wasting energy on case fans.

It will possibly help with airflow intake on the bottom. I do this with my PC but it's much shorter.

You need to put some chuck Taylor's on that thing. Scientifically proven to make you run faster and jump higher. It should work for a PC as well.
