THURSDAY: 🔥 New Video! 40-min Full Body HIIT — Pilates style No equipment needed (optional resistance band). Slow, controlled, and sooo good for the core and legs.
FRIDAY: 💪 45-min Full Body with Weights Strong vibes only. A full-body sculpt session to wrap up the workweek.
SATURDAY: ✨ 35-min Full Body + Weights A great weekend workout to keep you moving and feeling amazing.
SUNDAY: 💛 Rest Day Recharge, breathe, and take care of yourself.
