If you really want to make money, host DCS missions where you play and members get to be a part of it. Plenty of community members could and would help set something like that up . Bonus points to live stream it to members who can't play.

Add a bronze membership. People have a lot of subscriptions, but also want to support you. A $5 Membership could immensely grow your Membership base even with just loyalty badges and emojis, and feeling closer to your community is good incentive. I wouldn't go over $10 for entry level. Merch discounts if you can make your process more efficient and make more sales...but your prices aren't that high. Appreciate how you engage and grow. You do you brother, wishing you all the best 🙏🕊
