I simply must declare today was an unusually good day for me! I wrote 1,244 words on the novel and ended the chapter in a most poignant way that really reminded me why I've stuck with this project for so long. Had a decent day at work, despite the dreaded heat. Oh yeah, slept in! AND did the first sprint workout of the year with a max pace of 5:27! (Just the straight parts of the track, I walked the curves). It was just one of those (rare) days I'm truly grateful to be alive and actually felt like I'm living my life's purpose. Sending this out to the universe to give me more days like this please!!! Hoping everyone had a great day as well, and if not, maybe tomorrow? 😀
