LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: I am going to upload a video detailing a day in the life of a Construction laborer and my fitness routine. Still getting used to my new schedule and will explain how I balance hard labor and fitness. I get up at 4AM , train when he gym opens at 430, go home jump in the rain box clean up brush my teeth and head to work at 630. I'm switching my 3 day split, arms and shoulders, chest and back, and then legs. I train 6 days a week straight, but will start doing 3 days on one day off, and will also detail the meal prep I do on my calorie deficit, my responsibilities at work and my routine. Stay tuned.
