Well done Callum, Cats like all animals are precious and shouldn't be abused like that, I really really hope you keep penny as cats dosnt like to be rehomed all the time they can't adjust and sometimes even runs away never to return, please keep penny for the cats sake, you look after your animals so well they deserve someone like you they can constantly rely on. I dont think your mother is ever going to be well enough or responsible enough to own a cat unfortunately. 💕
