Basically what I'm trying to say is respect should be earned and not an automatic requirement and respecting the dead shouldn't be something you should expect people to do by default especially when the person in question is a r@ci$t colonizer who's actions have negatively affected so many people and especially marginalized people and I get where some people are coming from, when someone dies it's a serious matter and we should respect the person who passed BUT I really don't think that should apply to objectively bad people, so I am gonna respect the dead but I'm directing that respect to the people who lost their lives because of Queen Elizabeth's actions
