If Jesus’ tomb was discovered…

@ivry590

It doesn't change anything for me, because he's not in it. He Has RISEN.

The tomb is empty

What a confusing question. It has been found, and it's empty.

That would be Joseph of Arimathea's tomb—which would be empty of Jesus' remains...

"...blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." - Jesus Christ (John 20:29)

Why would finding His empty tomb change anything for a believer?

I already fully believe. No earthly discovery will increase it. However, my faith is strengthened daily through my personal relationship with Christ. 🥰

@Yeshuaway

It is written.. -in The Only ‘Holy’ Book that man has been given. King of Kings!’ Amen 🙏

It has been discovered. It is either the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, or the Garden Tomb. Either location it is empty, and was only borrowed for a couple of nights.

Well, duh, the bilble says he was in a tomb, so there is a tomb. He just isn't in it.

I dont need to see an empty tomb , I have already met the resurrected one . It would be cool , but I already love Jesus with my whole heart.

It's an empty tomb for He is risen! 🙌

@danwillams10

It was empty. It actually was lent to Him by Joseph of Arimithea. He only needed it for a few days.

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Faith defined

The indwelling of the Holy Spirit is all I need. Who believes by seeing? The just live by faith.

I think other worshipped items ( bronze serpent, ark of the covenant, etc.) were lost to history. So, if we find what Mary Magdeline did so many years ago, we cannot prove it, which is irrelevant. The Word is what is essential, not tangible objects of questionable origin

It would strengthen it because it would still be empty. And an angel of the Lord would be like, “This again? How many times do I have to tell you people? He’s not here! He is risen!”

We walk by faith not by sight. Praise the lord for opening our eyes/hearts to believe in the lord Jesus!

So maybe I misunderstood the question. I am already aware that we have his tomb and it's empty. I was under the impression that if the body was there would it challenge my faith and the answer is boldly yes. In the words of Paul "if you don't believe Jesus rose then your belief is in vein."
