Tomorrow, November 21st, I'm offering a workshop called Strength Training Basics. Are you coming? This workshop is for you if you feel a little overwhelmed by and intimidated at the idea of strength training. I'll answer questions like what weights should you get and how many reps should you do and how many sets of an exercise should you do? This workshop is also great for you if you've been strength training for awhile but you're not quite sure how to progress. I'll answer questions about when to progress to a heavier set of weights in any given exercise and how many days per week should you be lifting?
I'm offering the workshop as "pay what you can" to make it as accessible as possible.
The workshop will be recorded if you can't attend, although I highly recommend attending so you can ask specific questions about your strength training needs, if you have them!
