Except none of those make you smarter if you're not deficient to begin with and the fact that you can get those nutrients from multiple other sources which will be healthier overall in the long term. Creatine in the amounts found in red meat will probably not have any effect since the studies rely on doses of orders of magnitude higher using supplements
