Hey everyone!
I wanted to wish all of you a happy New Year and hope you are all staying safe and making great things happen! If 2021 was a rough or challenging year for you, hang tough – this too shall pass. It was a very challenging year for me as well, filled with a lot of setbacks, heartache and mental anguish, so if it was not the best year on record for you, know that I can empathize.
But seeing all of you wanting to come along for the ride on this little channel has been an ABSOLUTE honour in every sense of the word. I am so humbled and grateful for your support and hope the content thus far has benefited you or someone you know. I’m currently just a one-man show, and between working full time in the PT clinic and still navigating a lot of other activities in life, I can never get the content produced as quickly as I’d like.
I’ve got a lot of great stuff lined up, have some videos I’m currently editing and have secured a new location for shooting a lot of content that will benefit from that specific environment. And as always, I want to do my best to serve all of you, so there will be lots of hard work ahead in 2022 for all of you – but you're all absolutely worth it!
If you have any content that you’d like to see, please let me know – I can’t guarantee that I will be able to make it, but will add it to my ever-growing list. Come New Year, I’ll be diving into an extensive effort on a low back pain series, as I get a lot of requests for content on that topic. I treat it all day long in the clinic and know all too well what it can feel like, so I’ll be putting together what I hope to be a comprehensive playlist to walk you through a lot of important information that can hopefully benefit you or someone you know.
If you’re a PT student, I’d like to hear from you as well – are there any topics pertaining to PT school or starting out your career that you’d like to see some content for? Please let me know in the comments below!
Wishing all of you a safe and wonderful New Year. Hang tough, and know that I’m wanting the best for you in all that you pursue and come across in 2022.
