🎶 "Might feel pain, but every day is new" - Madison Ryann Ward. I love this line because it reminds me of the hopeful scripture Psalm 30:5 "Weeping may endure for a night but JOY comes in the morning."

I'm encouraged that the swells of life, are just that... swells. There will be ups and there will be downs. And because of that, the lows are not guaranteed to last forever. There will be some mornings where the weeping from the night carries over to the morning. Even then, all is not lost, because the Joy of the Lord is promised to be our strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

I also love this "JOY" biblical explanation from scripturalgrace.com that says, "The Hebrew word for joy used in Psalm 30:5 is 'rinnah'. It means “ringing cry of entreaty, supplication” or “ringing cry in proclamation, joy, praise.” What this means is that the joy that comes in the morning is a deep cry of prayer mixed with a song of praise. David is trying to convey the deeper meaning of joy. He is saying that joy is not found after the painful episodes that we go through when everything has been made right but true joy is knowing that God is with us in the midst of our painful trials." - Karen O'Reilly

✨️Takeaway - If you're in the valley, and on the down swing of the life swell be encouraged. Hold on to the hope and promise that better is coming, joy is available, and God has not forgotten you. He's closer than you could ever imagine... even now ❤️
