I'm encouraged that the swells of life, are just that... swells. There will be ups and there will be downs. And because of that, the lows are not guaranteed to last forever. There will be some mornings where the weeping from the night carries over to the morning. Even then, all is not lost, because the Joy of the Lord is promised to be our strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

It means “ringing cry of entreaty, supplication” or “ringing cry in proclamation, joy, praise.” What this means is that the joy that comes in the morning is a deep cry of prayer mixed with a song of praise.
