SSLP is a certified classic that cemented one of, if not the greatest, 3 album runs in Hip-Hop. DOSS is a fantastic album, but it is unfair to compare it to a classic. It's like enjoying, say, King's Disease 2 and putting it up against like It Was Written.

Death of Slim Shady is the greatest thing I've heard maybe ever. It's amazing. Not taking away from his other works but this album is incredible.

Sslp is in my top 5 for em... off the strength of idgaf and still dgaf alone... I like the new album but it through me back to listening to mmlp and eminem show...

Both awesome.. the more I listen to the knew one the more I realize how masterful it is. It's many levels above the sslp in some ways but you can't f with nostalgia and classics so I can see why people would go the other way.

I've been a Stan since before it actually existed. My first ever Eminem album was the SSLP which I was just 8yo in '98 & I stole the cassette 📼 from my older brother & was instantly hooked.
