@declangorz

So true! I remember when I couldn't even lift a shovel to shovel snow. That was my wake-up call that I needed to do something. I found Hasfit and never looked back. I love the workouts and how encouraging and helpful you both are.

I’m 48 and have been exercising for 3 months now. The first month was extremely difficult. I started with the hasfit daily 15 minute video. I couldn’t do it every day. That’s how out of shape I was. After 2 months of the 15 minute every other day with 30 minutes on an exercise bike I upgraded to the 30 minute video. I’m sure that I’m not doing the exercises completely correct. There are some I can’t do because of the strain on my joints. I’m down 18 lbs in three months. What’s even better is how I feel. Shoulders and back are so much better. Life is better. 30 minutes with a pair of dumbbells is the best stress relief. You can make it. Start small and keep at it.

Thank you to Coach and Claudia for your strength workouts. My blood test were not good and I started strength training, cardio, yoga, cooking at home and eating betterMy numbers got better and I lost 10 pounds. Thank you both very much.

Been doing Hasfit workouts for around 4 years now and they are brilliant. I remember how I hated doing squats and lunges but absolutely love them now. Still struggle with the upper body more but am definitely more toned and a lot fitter. So much so that I have now started running too. Thank you Coach Cozak and Claudia, you are awesome ❤

Amen! 🙏 Also, being consistent gets easier over time as your routine will get stronger day by day. In the beginning, daily workouts were very hard. Now, I can't imagine my life without daily movement. Even on low energy days, I still take a 3 mile walk and always feel better after. #JustKeepMoving

@Aimirable

Out of shape shouldn't make you feel miserable because feeling miserable is what makes you out of shape...Don't believe all those who want to sell you things using your feelings

Working out, eating healthy (though not nearly enough), AND feeling just as miserable is where I’m at, if not more. I work out because it’s ~good for you~ but holy hell does it make getting through the rest of the week even more of a nightmare. Right now the spiral I’m in is being too sick to eat on and after workout days but not wanting to wait TOO too long to exercise just so I can eat first. 😭 Does anyone have experience with tricks to keep food down after exercise

Everyone has a predetermined amount of heartbeats in their lifetime. I see no reason to speed up that rate by exercising.
