The “entertain me” - my mom is at a place where i find myself over and over suggesting and prodding and arranging the next activity for her to do or she will just sit and disengage for long periods of time. It’s things that she still likes, like having some ice cream in the front swing watching birds. Or helping for some laundry with music going. Opening all the mail… She doesn’t seem unhappy to sit and kind of zone out… But she enjoys whatever I suggest and help her get involved in for a while.
