I think Wolf Link will require the amiibo like in BotW. He’s going to be a feature that Nintendo didn’t bother to remove.

Kinda related but I hope we will get to learn ancient sword techniques from the spirit of the hero who fought back the calamity 10000 years ago. Getting to perform a finishing blow and some of the other moves from twilight princess would be amazing.

I sure hope so, dang it! Since you could summon him with the Amiibo, I’m gonna assume you can do the same thing again this time as well, though.. wait, do you have the slate? If you don’t, hopefully they’ll add the amiibo feature some other way. It was super nice not just to summon in Wolf Link as a companion, but also to summon chests filled with materials and weapons, as well as an assortment of food and items with the chest! Any time I can get extra arrows and gear would be GREATLY appreciated!

Remember with the Wii U version of BOTW you were able to increase wolf links hearts based on your progress on TP HD? Just another reason I want it brought over to switch. Anytime now, Nintendo😐

Late game it was really fun taking care of it. Using stasis we could kill anything but the tundra lynel which could 1 hit kill him.

I think they patched it's AI and never said anything. I swear it snuck around the other side of a lizalfo and we surprise attacked it at the same time.

I think you might be able to use all of the same Amiibo in TotK as well, but I'm not so sure that the rewards will be identical to BotW!

As an Amiibo bonus like in Breath? Sure, probably, people liked that. As an actual canonical part of the story? Almost definitely not... Also, I'd rather see the return of Pink Bunny Link.

I think wolf link will return in totk but only as amiibo as it was in botw maybe they also add a loftwing for in the sky islands with scanning the skyward sword hd amibo
