I found you on TikTok and ordered spring from you. Anyway, I used my metal KA brand meat grinder with my 6 qt mixer and 2 days after it smelled rotten. Took off the housing and it was full of meat juice. I was able to clean it 80% KA replaced it this week with a 7Qt KSM70SKXXBK. Will I have to same issue? Is this mixer the new model that working inside are redesigned?? I love your content

I got a KitchenAid mixer and my other KitchenAid mixer has a plastic carbon brush cap. This one has a plastic top but the screw part is metal and you can’t find any replacement online and the plastic one from the mixer will not fit. It’s too big..

Hi there! I was told to look you up and see if you could help me with my mixer. I won it 12 years ago, but, I don't use it because I have to start it at 5 and it blows flour, etc all over before I can turn it down...any suggestions??

I just made some pizza dough and the dough hook is stuck on the machine. The pin will not turn far enough to slide out. It looks like the pin is just out a touch too far. Any tips?
