Anxiety ISN’T the problem… 👇

It’s what you do with it.

You feel it rising in your chest.

The tightness.
The overthinking.
The urge to hide.

Your heart races like something is about to go horribly wrong.

But here’s the truth:

🚨 Anxiety isn’t what keeps you stuck… It’s your RESISTANCE to it. 🚨

The real problem? You keep running from it.

Most people think anxiety means:

❌ “Something is wrong with me.”
❌ “I need to calm down.”
❌ “I have to get rid of this feeling.”

So they suppress it.

They distract themselves.

They avoid situations that trigger it.

They try to outthink their way to confidence.

And all that does? Keeps them trapped.

Because the more you fight anxiety, the more control it has over you.

💥 Freedom doesn’t come from avoiding it… It comes from leaning into it. 💥

Ever notice how the things that scare you the most are the things you avoid the most?

✅ Speaking up.
✅ Being seen.
✅ Taking up space.

So what happens when you finally stop avoiding?

At first, anxiety spikes.

Your heart races.

Your mind scrambles for an escape.

Every part of you wants to pull back.

But instead, you lean in… You step toward what scares you!

And that’s when something even deeper kicks in:

The old fear.
The old shame.
The voice in your head whispering, "You can't handle this."

And this is where most people get stuck.

They push through the fear but never release it.

👉 Because leaning in isn’t enough… You have to LET GO!

That’s when you finally break free.

If you’re waiting for fear to disappear before you act, you’ll be waiting forever.

Fear doesn’t leave before you act... It leaves because you act.

But not just by forcing yourself through it.

By leaning in… Then letting go.

By experiencing the discomfort without trying to fight it.

By realizing that the thing you were so afraid of?

It was never actually holding you back.

It was your resistance to it that was keeping you stuck!

So stop waiting.

Stop trying to be “ready.”

Start stepping in… And letting go.

Because the moment you do?

You’re free.

I always talk to my anxiety as if it were another version of me in my head. I tell him that he’s going to be okay and thank him for wanting to protect me, but that it’s not necessary right now. I reassure him that everything will be fine and that we’ll move forward together. This helps me accept the feeling and let go of it more easily.

Anxiety makes my head empty. When i don't avoid, i make mistakes bcus there is nothing in my head. And people will yell. The more they yell, the more i'm unconscious. But my body keeps moving
