Sorry I'd fallen so far behind on vetting site member requests. I've got most of them cleaned up now. Remember that in order to keep spammers out I'm only accepting active members of the email lists. If you've never opened or read one you get deleted. The website costs me money to run, so I keep the list short and clean.
