Sweetie’s subscribes have spoken, please welcome the winner of the 1st Sweetie look a like contest “2024” I want to acknowledge all of the beautiful participants, and I could see a bit of sweetie and all of them., So you are all winners. Thank you to their wonderful owners for sharing them with us. This is what Mazie’s owner had to say about her;
“When our tabby cat of 13 years, Zackie, sadly passed away suddenly in October 2018 at the age of 14, my family was anxious to get a new cat and later that month we chose Mazie (formerly known as Tilly). She was a 4 year old rescue cat when we got her and her two kittens had already all grown up, though one would find that hard to believe she had kittens because of how tiny she is!
Despite her size, she's a self reliant cat who won't stand any nonsense, but if you show her affection she'll show affection back and may even lick your hand. She likes to chase shoelaces and toy mice (and catch them in mid-air!) and likes to watch Cat Television like Sweetie does! In recent years she's taken interest in perching on my dad's shoulder like a parrot. Although she hasn't sat on mine yet... Hopefully one day!
Thanks for starting this contest, it was good fun and nice to see other people's wonderful kitties that look like Sweetie and Mazie.”
