How are you feeling about the NXT TNA partnership? Hoping to hear from fans of NXT & TNA!

@nyimbo_265

The problem that I have with it is that random wrestlers just show up and get a title opportunity without any story or build

It's ridiculous that we're yet to see R-Truth, AJ Styles, Chelsea Green return to TNA Impact!

Biggest issue is that there’s just no point to any of it. The WWE clearly has no intention of working towards a breakpoint where TNA is seen as a legitimate threat—some sort of larger story that would explain WHY everyone wants to fight—so we’ll just randomly stumble through “someone you’ve never heard of is here and is automatically getting a shot at a belt they don’t deserve” until such a time that TNA’s roster has been picked clean, or their lame-ass management gets the sale they want.

@Mr.Sleepyyyman

I hate it. TNA needs to do TNA! Sure NXT probably helped with there ratings but TNA just feels like NXT developmental brand now. TNA needs to focus on their talent. Also of course WWE nerds are going to love it. They love everything that WWE does 😂

Reminds me of the WCW invasion. Battle of the mid card

It sucks and WWE will drain TNA completely

I don't care for it to the point that I'm considering stopping watching TNA over it. I've tried NXT and dont care for it, so this is basically just a bunch of randos, from a show that I don't like, showing up every week taking up TV time that I wish was being spent on building up TNA talent. To me, it seems that this is just a way for TNA to save money by not having to hire more wrestlers. They'll just use NXT wrestlers instead in lazy, almost stories, and not develop or build anyone themselves. I get it from TNA's end. Save money and get promotion for themselves on a much bigger platform. But I don't see any TNA wrestlers getting any shine from this because everything seems so half assed. I could maybe get more into it if it seemed like there was even an ounce of planning put into it. But, there's not. And for anybody who thinks that WWE is interested in buying TNA for their library, WWE hasn't been in acquisition mode for a long time. They don't want more wrestling libraries. They're not even putting their own complete library on Netflix. Why would they want more? And Arriana Grace is awful. She needs to be kept away from microphones.

@jasonhistgmtel

my issue is that it's made TNA substantially less interesting, just as they were coming into their own and really starting to catch fire. it gives me flashbacks to the Hogan deal, only I think this agreement will actually spell the end of TNA in 2028 because WWE will be acquiring them. I'd love to be wrong, but I know how business works and I'm not a fucking kayfabe.

It's not a partnership. It's a takeover.

Does nothing for tna. They get lower level talent, have their better ppl taken

Raw and Smackdown are already too boring to get through, I'm definitely not gonna watch cast offs and amateurs

Fifth option. I don't care.

TNA don't need NXT.. nobody wanna see NXT side character beating wrestlers in TNA that can actually wrestle and put on great story/matches

As a fan: it’s cool to see other wrestlers fight on other promotions. Like Batman fighting the Punisher or something like that. From a business standpoint: who is this benefitting? I don’t see NXT losing ratings in the long-term. TNA has (arguably) bigger stars (compared to only NXT, with Hardyz, Ali, and Nemeth, but NXT does have the bigger show and more ratings,), but they’re not using their marketing very well. Say what you want about Vince McMahon, but as a businessman he had a point: why give your competitor free advertising (this goes for TNA too. Kinda would bother me as a business owner to hear another company’s name being chanted at my show). Just my opinion.

I think it's good but at the same time I wouldn't be shocked in 3 years we have the "WWE X division championship " .

I am enjoying it, though a part of me hopes to see some interpromotional title changes at some point. Or maybe some people from WWE's main roster appearing on TNA at some point.

They brought back tna branding for a reason. My guess is full acquisition, tape library included. Not a bad thing, cool they're finally getting props
