New tuesday, time for another Otamazoo's National Anthem Tier List update! This time we go backwards and end up at the anthem we did for February 2022, Dominican Republic! Overall, the dominican anthem is alright. It's pretty catchy, but not not as interesting or epic as some of the other anthems we've covered. There's not too much to add tbh, it's a fine anthem but a bit dull to listen to. The middle part is the best part and spice it up a bit, but not enough to make it interesting. So the C-tier feels like the most accurate tier in this case.
