I was a communist and an atheist when he became the pontiff. I thought he was an ideologue, an enemy, and he was a deceiver of the working class. Now I have eternal gratitude to this great soul. I'm back to the church after 23 years of atheism and I feel God's presence all the time. I give thanks whenever possible, multiple times a day, and all this happened while Pope Francis the head of the Church. I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to recognize it and go back to the Church before he died. I hope I'll meet him in heaven one day to say thanks. THANK YOU, POPE FRANCIS!
