Catnap was honestly the only one I actually took seriously. Like yeah, Huggy and Mommy are scary but Catnap’s life, after the some incident that happened where he almost died and the prototype saved him, was completely revolved around the prototype. He saw him as a God and killed anyone who saw him otherwise. He put all the toys lives and survival at stake by making them either backup in his cult or food for the cult to keep going. RIP the homie DogDays, he didn’t deserve being eaten alive by those little critter thingys. Not to mention the rest of the Smiling Critters who were also killed off and being fed as food to the other toys

Huggy and catnap are more like wild animals while mommy is just a crazy person. I think catnap is scarier because he doesn't put himself right infrount of you right away, instead the only way you see him at the start is either from how he looks like as a cartoon or from the corner of your eye, making him seem more like a predator toying with you.
