Greetings my Patreon fans! Today I'd like to share with you another partially restored Toonheads episode. Yeah, this time you'll see the "Southern Fried Cartoons" featuring Bugs Bunny and Foghorn Leghorn.
Cartoons presented in this episode are:
1. "Southern Fried Rabbit", 1953 - directed by Friz Freleng. Bugs heads toward the record carrot crop in Alabama but runs into Colonel (Yosemite) Sam who is under orders to let no Yankee cross the Mason-Dixon line. Note: The episode contains uncensored and remastered copy of this short that you could have seen on Looney Tunes: Golden Collection, Volume 4.
2. "Backwoods Bunny", 1959 - directed by Robert MCKimson. When Bugs vacations in the Ozarks, he is pursued by hungry buzzards.
3. "The Dixie Fryer", 1960 - also directed by Robert MCKimson, but this time features Foghorn Leghorn, also pursued by hungry buzzards.
Plus for those who are interested, I'm uploading another logo-free Looney Tunes short found back then. Yeah, I previously uploaded the raw music and effects track sync of this one with older 1980's transfer from Italian VHS, but for this occasion I'm presenting the common seen TV print of "Pappy's Puppy", 1955 with Sylvester the Cat. As usual both the Toonheads' episode and the logo-free short are available to download within' the next 7 days.
Starting Wednesday, I'm also coming back with the final batch of "Ca Cartoon" with Polish dubbing on my VK channel with some pre-1948 Looney Tunes shorts that you've never seen after December 2000.
