Hi all - looking for your feedback 😊 What do you think of the “audio only” podcast-style videos, with graphics rather than live video, I have been testing? The advantage is that I can make these podcasts from pretty much anywhere without the need for a full studio with camera and lights etc, which means there can be more frequent content. But will it affect whether you “watch” (listen) or not? Vote below and leave a comment with your reasons or make a suggestion. Thanks! 🙏

I like watching your face going thru various emotions as you inform us of the unfolding disaster that is being revealed. Carry on giving us the news we wish we didn't have to know, but continue to gasp at, as you unfold the hilarity & idiocy of Net Zero. Thank you

I don't like the 'audio only' broadcasts. They lack 'personality' and 'soul', and it looks like you're 'phoneing it in' rather than actively participating. Audio only is like driving an electric car. Seeing you live on-screen is like driving a petrol car.

@DMC33

Need to see the real you to ensure Ai hasn’t taken over

I absolutely prefer the regular videos. YouTube has literally been taken over with fake AI videos, and even if the voice is real, I would also like to see the real video as well.

I prefer seeing you speak and the sources you provide so people can check them out. Always a pleasure to share your work so many can see it. People need to see the truth about EVs which the mainstream media won’t touch.

It’s kind of a nice intro frame and it’s okay for shorts, but in the big videos I prefer (as some other people have commented), to see your face because it feels like a personal connection and see your expressions and equally as people said about AI it just feels more normal to have you there as a real person Engaging with us so to speak

With the world of AI fast approaching, the more human you are the better imo.

The podcast audio style is synonymous with "AI slop content."

Prefer the regular. Thx.

We want to see you, bro. You don't need a studio just good sound. Use sound plug-ins to cleanup noise and stuff and go outside, by all means. Actually next time broadcast from an EV lot

I like seeing you deliver your content in person. However I will cope with some content with just audio when you need to. Seeing your expressions are entertaining. Love your work and I've made personal decisions using your information.

I'm glad you asked, because I didn't like it, but I know creators need to change things occasionally. I prefer the regular videos though.

@SmartAndTidy

We're wired to interpret people's faces as they speak, and it has a significant effect on what we take away. So, stick with what you do so well.

No studio meeded. Just record anywhere, that will make the content even more interesting when we see you sitting in your CAR or in the garden or on the street (next to a charger e.g. 😬

You do what works for you. My V8 doesn't particularly have a preference when it comes to laughing at EV's!

I found about half the source of enjoyment from your videos, is your facial expressions. Too bad they'll be missing if you switch to audio only.

When you have good quality information to share - which you often do - it doesn’t matter how you tell us to me 👍

at this point, and until youtube provides an ai-content filter, i auto block channels without a human face
