Should genre tags be removed from cks videos as they are not always accurate?

@L0op

no, please keep them. Even if they don't fit 100%, I can get an idea of what kind of track it is without having to listen, which is very useful when I'm looking for a specific song I forgot the title of for example

I personally don't really care about the accuracy, I like the tags as they describe the feel/theme of the song enough for me to click on it and organize my playlists

@prosperidadparatodos

Keep them even if they are not 100% accurate, however when a genre is wrong but you have info about the correct one, try to put it on the video description as an update later.

I think this is actually a competitive edge. I follow your channel for almost the beginning of everything (almost 10 years huh, we're getting old lol) The "EDM Genre Sommelier" is relatively big, and I'm the guy myself who loves to make music based on genres, and mixing it. It comes from Rhythm Games, Full Flavor stuffs and Crazy Japanese Artists like Camellia or Kobaryo who also thinks about genres. That's why, for almost 10 years, Cold Kiss Sound is one of the channels I always remember as my favorite music channel. And my dream is to have my music on this too :)

Nah, even if it's not 100% accurate I know what to expect when clicking on the video that way! Also I'm not the best at finding genres so who am I to judge-

@NicoKurse

Honestly, i listen to every track you post. But please do keep them, i like knowing atleast a little what the theme is going to be like before listening, also helps me organize everything if needed.

@CrazyChillDog

most are accurate or close enough; don't sweat it. Especially if you're pulling the genre tags straight from the artist's mouth. Example, if the artist tagged it as complextro, then it's complextro.

After like 4 years I know how you tend to label songs so it helps me find ones I like a lot faster with the tags

I'm scratching my head. What happened to some of your old songs? There's a speed garage song I heard on this channel before but it's gone. It had a nice trippy violet cover album.
