Not really. My metabolism is. Because until recently, I ate pretty crappy. I never got really fat and was always attractive.

Your body is a direct reflection of what you put into it.
If you don’t like how you look or feel…
Stop blaming circumstances or believing other guys have some superpower that you don’t.
Sure, some guys may have an easier time building muscle, but this isn’t about them.
It’s about YOU. And what YOU can do.
And the only way you’ll build a great physique is by taking full responsibility.
For example, instead of saying, “I couldn’t workout today because x or y got in the way…”
Start saying, “x or y got in the way, but I found a way to workout regardless.”
There’s always a way.
And if you’re serious about getting in better shape, you’ll find that way, no matter what obstacles pop up.
I promise, you’ll be amazed by how much more progress you make this year compared to others if you take full ownership and have a no excuses attitude.
